Atmospheric Glow Technologies (AGT)

AGT's mission is to solve health and environmental concerns using atmospheric plasma technology. The company was founded in early 2000 by a group of scientists and engineers from The University of Tennessee. Today the management team includes senior business executives, scientists and technology staff.

AGT's awarding-winning technology is, in part, the result of an investment of 10 years of basic research conducted by the University of Tennessee. This breakthrough platform technology is encompassed in a portfolio in plasma and related research, with additional patents pending. Eight of these patents were obtained exclusively from the University of Tennessee Research Corporation. During the past two years, AGT has advanced its laboratory technology by extending it to industrial settings where practical atmospheric plasma device prototypes have been successfully constructed.

AGT's intellectual property portfolio was transferred to the company upon the completion of its merger of A-G Tech and Tice. AGT has additional intellectual property in the form of pending patents, patent disclosures, trade secrets and trademarks.

Attention IT, Inc.

Attention IT, Inc. was founded on August 15, 2001. It is a veteran owned small business with a focus on design, development, implementation and maintenance of ORACLE software products. Product lines include eMWaste, WasteSoft, Dispatch and Equipment PM.

All product lines are designed to assist in the tracking and documentation of hazardous and radiological waste from creation to burial, “cradle to grave”. eMWaste and Wastesoft were developed on sites involved in the processing and disposition of waste for the Department of Energy. Wastesoft is currently installed at two commercial sites. eMWaste is installed at two DOE sites and three commercial sites. Dispatch and Equipment PM are installed at three DOE related sites and is a subscription based product.

The future for each product is very bright. Our main software product has been broken into a diversified product line and is comprised of “plug-and-play” modules allowing it to be customized to fit many different operating requirements. Because of the new developments, the software can manage large scale waste processing operations and small remedial action jobs. The internet version of eMWaste is underway with three installations and will greatly increase the marketing potential of the software.
