Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract by the Department of Energy (DOE) to provide Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support to the Idaho National Laboratory’s Environmental Management Division. MSLLC will help support the division’s overall mission goal by establishing a strong contractor oversight program in Project Management and Project Controls. This contract is a five year Blank Purchase Agreement and marks MSLLC’s first DOE-direct award.

Under this contract, MSLLC will review baseline budget plans; appraise the current baseline change control process; evaluate baseline documentation; assess contractors for American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard compliance; analyze EVMS system input and processes; and prepare reports recommending any required process or data revisions to help establish a revised baseline.
